By booking a tour with South African Adventures you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.
Bookings: A booking is confirmed once payment or deposit is received and we issue written confirmation.
Cancellations: Cancellation terms vary by tour. Please review the applicable cancellation policy before confirming your booking. Request the specific policy for your selected tour from our team before confirming or paying. Weather-related changes and any refund or rescheduling options are subject to the applicable operator policy.
Pricing: Prices are quoted in ZAR and may change due to currency fluctuation or supplier rate changes prior to booking confirmation.
Liability: South African Adventures acts as a booking agent for partner operators. Guests participate in adventure activities at their own risk; please review the applicable operator terms before booking.
Insurance: Travel and personal accident insurance is strongly recommended for all guests.
