Best time to visit
When to go
Year-round. Spring (Aug–Oct) brings wildflowers and mild weather; summer (Nov–Mar) is best for the beach and lagoon swimming; autumn light is unbeatable for photography.
Best for: Couples, photographers, foodies and travellers who want a slow, beautiful, authentic Cape coastal experience.
Private group tour. Hotel pickup is included from selected areas. Lunch, entrance fees, activities and gratuity are excluded unless stated. Request an exact quote based on your group size.
Standard private full-day sightseeing tours: From R5,000 total for 1–2 guests, then +R1,000 for each additional guest up to 12 (R15,000). 13+ guests: enquire for quote. West Coast private tours use the same standard private full-day rate, plus R1,000 per additional guest through 12; 13+ by custom quotation. The long-distance Cape Agulhas private tour is priced separately from R6,500 total for 1–2 guests, with the same +R1,000 per additional guest. Half-day, specialist and third-party tours have separate rates.
